The Trade Competition Act B.E. 2560 was enacted in July 2017. The Trade Competition Commission (TCC) of Thailand was established in 1999. The TCC operates as an autonomous entity, independent in matters of personnel, budgeting, and administration. The TCC is supported by the Office of Trade Competition Commission (OTCC), which serves as its operating body.
