Colombian Competition Regime is conformed by laws 155 of 1959, 1340 of 2009, and Decree 2153 de 1992. The country has a Single Chaired competition authority called the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, which is part of the executive branch and is tasked with the enforcement of different subjects, among others, competition law, and Consumer Protection.
