Kosovo

The Law on Protection of Competition was enacted in June 2022. The Kosovo Competition Authority (KCA) was established in 2010 as an autonomous and independent body accountable to the Kosovo Assembly. The KCA is governed by a Commission for Protection of Competition, comprising five members, including a President and a Vice President.
