Honduras Competition Regime is contained in Decree No. 357/2005 which was last modified on enacted in 2015. The country has a collegiate authority called La Comisión para la Defensa y Promoción de la Competencia (“CDPC”) tasked with a single mandate on the competition. The agency started functioning in August 2006 and is headed by 3 commissioners.
